The question was: Who’s morning show covered the official ribbon cutting of Alabama International Motor Speedway?

Tom York had a morning show on WBRC-TV in Birmingham that spent two days covering the ribbon cutting of Alabama International Motor Speedway, that was later renamed, Talladega Superspeedway.
