Talladega Superspeedway and SPEED are teaming up to offer NASCAR Fans something to scream about. Visit the SPEED stage on October 31st from 12 noon to 5 pm for the SPEED Scream Contest and let us heard your best bloodcurdling scream, for a chance to win a ‘frighfully’ good HALLOW-DEGASM prize package. The top screamers will be judged during a special edition of Trackside, Saturday night after the Mtn Dew 250 fueled by Fred’s, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race.
The prize package includes:
- 4 Suite tickets for the AMP Energy 500
- 4 Cold Pit & Garage Access Passes
- 4 TSS gift bags
- One Pace car ride for the winner
Calling All Captains…Name The Official Drink of HALLOW-DEGA℠
Captain Morgan has created a special drink for the AMP Energy 500 race weekend at Talladega Superspeedway and he needs race fans help naming it. The mixture of: one part AMP Energy, one part Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum and a splash of cranberry juice, is sure to be a hit during the AMP Energy 500 weekend and HALLOW-DEGA Presented by Captain Morgan festivities. But the question remains… what does he call it?
Race fans can submit their ideas for naming the spicy concoction on here by clicking on our comments section. The winning name will be chosen October 12th and the lucky winner will receive 2 tickets to the Sunday Amp Energy 500.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter the competition.

We are pulling out all the stops for the AMP Energy 500 Weekend!
HALLOW-DEGA presented by Captain Morgan will feature free concerts around the entire facility throughout the race weekend on Saturday night and Sunday morning!
Saturday night, immediately following the conclusion of the Mountain Dew 250 fueled by Fred’s, Houston County, Blackberry Smoke, LoCash Cowboys and Colt Ford will light up the display area with a four band concert that is free and open to the public.
On Sunday, from 10-10:45 am, Houston County and Blackberry Smoke will return to the display area to perform another concert. LoCash Cowboys will entertain hospitality customers in the Hospitality Village from 10-10:45 am and Colt Ford will perform behind the Allison Grandstands for Allison Grandstand customers from 10-10:45 am.
